CHAMBER BENEFIT

Your Member-2-Member Exclusive Email will be sent to more than 700
business people and come from the Chamber in a special Member-2-
Member Email frame that will help raise credibility and the open rate of
your email. You can include text and/or graphics with hyperlinks back to
your website or email address. You will not receive the email distribution
list; however, email reports such as open rates, number of click-throughs,
and number of forwards will be available upon request. Announce your
events, promotions, or special deals to other Chamber members and
their employees. Schedule your email so that Chamber members hear
about it before the general public or share information that won’t be
shared with the general public. Make sure to tell members that they are
getting a special preview!
OPTION 1: EXCLUSIVE MEMBER-2-MEMBER EMAIL
Email reports such as open rates, number of click-throughs, and number of forwards will be available upon request.
Only one exclusive message will be sent per week.
OPTION 2: SHARED MEMBER-2-MEMBER EMAIL
You will be featured along with two other members. Members are responsible for identifying and securing the
other two members. The Chamber will not send a Shared Member-2-Member Email with less than three
partners.
PROGRAM GUIDELINES: IMAGE GUIDELINES:
• Member-2-Member Exclusive emails will
be sent on any weekday of your choosing.
Release time is scheduled for 12:00 p.m.;
however, we will honor specific time requests. • .JPG or .PDF File format
• We will only distribute one Member-2-Member
Exclusive email per week.
• Member-2-Member email dates are
scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.
• Cost is per email release.
• You are responsible for providing any
disclaimers that are needed (expiration date,
purchase amount, etc.) The Chamber is not
responsible for a missing disclaimer if not
provided or if approved without
being included.
• Please allow three business days to design
and edit prior to release.

• 600 pixels wide or less. Images larger than 600
pixels wide can not be accepted.
• File size of 100 KB or less is strongly
recommended.
• Unfortunately, we can not accept rotating or
animated images or images containing Flash.
• The Chamber can help design an image for
you if you do not have one. Please allow five
business days for approval of image. Fee: $25.
• Text only emails should not exceed 400 words.
