proved his massive heart time and time again. He switched gears effortlessly, remaining focused under pressure. All of our hard work and relentless dedication paid off in the best way possible, rewarding us with top placings at every single show we attended this summer.
From day one, I realized that being the WSCA Princess is about much more than just wearing a sash and smiling for photos. It is a profound responsibility that means serving as a true ambassador for the equestrian community we all love. This summer was a beautiful, fastpaced whirlwind of travel as my official duties took me across the WSCA region. Whether it was to support local saddle club events, waving
proudly community parades, and representing our association with pride at numerous other horse events. At every single stop along the way, I made it my personal mission to cultivate a welcoming atmosphere. I sought out nervous exhibitors who were questioning their readiness, lifted up the young youth riders stepping into the massive arenas, and loudly promoted the core values of sportsmanship and integration that the WSCA stands for.
Some of my absolute favorite memories from the entire summer happened during those long, exhausting, yet deeply fulfilling days of devotion. Spending hours standing at the dusty arena gate to hand out ribbons, personally congratulating tired riders on their incredible hard work, and chatting warmly with spectators who were completely new to the horse world gave me a beautiful, fresh perspective on our sport.
