Your personal vision is your guiding light . It ’ s your North Star , the beacon by which you navigate all of the various facets of your life . It is your highest priority , and the ultimate deciding factor for every action you take .
And yet , somehow , personal vision ends up taking a backseat for many people . Instead of treating it as their North Star , they regard their vision as more of a treasure map — a fun fantasy to be dragged out when things ease up and they have some breathing room , but not anything on which to base daily strategy and business decisions .
This is backwards thinking . If you don ’ t have a strong personal vision to guide you , you will end up working yourself in circles . You won ’ t find the fulfillment you dream of , or create a lifestyle of freedom and joy , because you won ’ t even know how or where these things exist for you . You might make some money , but will you be truly wealthy ? Probably not .
