Life is a journey. The journey IS the reward. Too many people spend too much time looking outward for fulfilment. We only need look inward. The kingdom of heaven resides within each and every one of us, we just have to unearth it. When we do look outward, we should be looking at how we can enrich other people and positively impact their lives. My focus over the last few years has been on emotional intelligence which is not easy to develop. If we were taught this stuff from a young age then perhaps we wouldn't have to go through so much of the trauma that life throws up.
