Life is about waves. Everything is frequency. Your ears interpret waves of frequency when you hear music, your eyes interpret frequency and translates it into a visual image and so on. These waves of frequency mirror each other, for if you have a very low wave you must have an equally high one. You can't have one without the other. And so the waves of life are what prevents us from essentially flatlining where everything would then be the same all the time. But, if you were feeling low, you would desire to be feeling high. So the lows of life birth new desires of great heights. There is beauty in the high, and beauty is born from the lows. Know that if you are in a low valley, your next move will be to a high peak. It is law.
