describe our trio as a triangle where all the corners are equal. We found soulmates in each other so working together is pretty much easy. This is how it should be. So our unique sound is the conclusion of our hearts, souls and of course brains.

Your sound is loosely described as “experimental doom pop”, what inspires your work?

We call it experimental as we don’t want to put ourselves into musical frames. We are free to experiment and, each time we gather to play, we really don’t know which genre we will end up with. Doom? People think that doom can be only suitable for metal music. But we use this word “doom” to describe atmospheric moody progression. Pop? That means that we are developing in all the fields with a very fast speed. Now I can say that we have a little but strong artistic community which reprints arts of Azerbaijan abroad and, at the same time, tries to shake post Soviet Union society plus showing them alternative ways of thinking/living/listening. For example, I am part of an entertainingly educational community called “VarYox”. We have a web site where we share local subcultural life side by side with a worldwide artistic life. We do speak about art performances, musicians, share information about historic figures in an “easy going” attractive way, we do concerts, events, exhibitions etc. I am proud of being Azeri as I live in a unique place, which is situated really in a very splice of cultures, religions and world outlooks. Here you can build up and present whatever interesting things you want. The main key is to work
