situations. I've got a lot of friends who've been through certain things and I'd like to support them, and people I don't know who are less fortunate. It's always nice. On the way here, a guy ran over to my window in the car and asked me for some spare change, I just pulled everything in my pocket and said take it. I don't know how much, just coins, but little things like that is charity. That's important. I enjoy doing that stuff, it makes me feel nice and good. As time goes by and if we get more known, we can help anyone in anyway because of that.
Songwriting is a big thing for you, how important is it to write your own songs?
Ultra: To me, it's a massive part of it, it's a way of expressing myself. I enjoy being in the studio more than anything else, as well as performing. When you're writing something, you just see the whole thing come together. The journey you go on and the story you create, there's nothing better. Each song is like a new baby,
What does music mean to you?
Ultra: Everything
Jay Harvey: It's in the blood, that's why we're still here. All of us, after all these years, It's something that's in you, you can't explain it.
Ultra: It's in you, a part of you in your DNA. You can't shake it. If you're meant to be a musician/artist/singer/songwriter then it will never leave you. It's a part of you, you're going to be creative.
Oggie: It's in the blood, they've said it all. It's in the DNA, it's part of who you are and your being. It's a passion and a blessing. So, at the end of the day, use it and don't waste it.
What are the plans for the future for UK3?
Oggie: We're going to record an album. It will take us ages, but we're going to do it. Getting together with these boys, for me, has been a journey and a blessing. It's like we've got three guys who've all done their own thing and we've got three ways of doing things differently. But as time goes on, we move on together. One of the most special experiences to me so far is when we've got in the studio and recorded, if you hear our harmonies when we sing together, there's no way that this project was not meant to be. At the end of the day, the way that we write and the way that sonically it all fits. If you wanna know how much we do rehearsals - none! We can go on stage and smash the rave. It's meant to be and it's something that a lot of people around us really enjoy. We really enjoy it and all want to make it work. We definitely want to do an album, we've got a second single coming in the summer - little exclusive for you, it's called 'My Love'.
Ultra: You can't fake chemistry, once chemistry is there, the rest follows. We won't see each other for ages, but as soon as we're in the studio or on stage, it's a vibe and we click straight away. It's perfect.
