Hold on tightly to my values, beliefs, identity and ability to make positive, respectful decisions.
Tell myself "it's okay." I don't need to have it all figured out. I don't need to be sane all the time. Just go with the flow and have faith in ourselves.
Focus on health. Boring, but to start treating my body as a temple by feeding it well and toning up. I want to eat more fruits and veggies, and cut out fast food. And GET BACK IN SHAPE! Too many times I am out of breath from one flight of stairs. Definitely want to pick up yoga.
Get each day better.
Believe in myself and create, bringing the ideas to life.
De-clutter my mind and get back to what's important in life, and stay strong!
