When I interviewed Will Monotone he said that that was something he liked about the label, the fact that it was vinyl only.

NU: Yeah that’s important, Vinyl only its keeps music being bought the classic way and keeps music exclusive.

EK: Nowadays, Vinyl is coming back. as well as the analogue stuff, analogue synthesisers and we’re like coming back to our roots.

I remember when i started buying music i was buying vinyls.

EK: Yeah thats how it supposed to be. Thats why Big labels like Hot Creations are doing both. Digital and Vinyl, for sure. because Vinyl is forever. Vinyl can be passed down, like my children can have it. Its a beautiful way. Digital tracks can be lost in like 5, 7, 8,10 years, or somebody can download it after 10 years and say “Its My track” and nobody would know. A lot of music is released right now it should be like more exclusive.

NU: Actually like there is too many digital stuff.

EK: Yeah Beatport release soo much music, it never ends, you can download like Hundreds Thousands, A lotta music.

How did you end up hooking up with Nathan Kersaint for your track “Guns Up”?

EK: Nate is our friend here in NY. We do like cool collaborations with him.

NS: Sometimes we make music together, record some vocals with him..

EK: He does really cool Vocals. I told ya he kind of reminds me of you. you’re like brothers you know lol.

I like that track (Gunz Up), it had a very distinctive sample, very catchy.

NS: It was original, it was recorded. Its Nate voice, actually most of the vocals on our tracks are original.

Okay, so its not really samples, always somebody’s vocals?

EK: We try to record but sometimes we just take some sample s from Youtube or something like that, but to try record is better.
