Y
ou’ve probably noticed there
have been some changes to
the newsletter you are holding.
After careful consideration, we decided
it was time for a new look. We hope that
this redesign provides an easy way to
keep up-to-date on programs, news
and important information. You can
also view it online at auburnhills.org
and share it with friends and family via
email or Facebook.
I would also like to highlight some
recent changes you may have noticed
in your City Council. On November 5th,
residents headed to the polls, electing
two new faces to City Council, John
Burmeister and VeRonica Mitchell.
Mayor James McDonald, after having
served Auburn Hills for over 24 years,
declined to seek reelection this year.
The community is grateful for his time
served as Mayor while the City Council
will continue our commitment to
serving the people of Auburn Hills.
As your new Mayor, I look forward to
representing this remarkable city as we
continue to move forward.
