Youth Programs Athletics Quick-Start Tennis - New! Learn tennis on a smaller court, shorter net, using smaller racquets, and foam balls. Participants will learn the rules and etiquette of the game. Participants will learn passing, shooting, dribbling, and rebounding skills. Each day will start with a “skill of the day” and progress into drills and games. Boys and girls will develop their basketball skills through practices and weekly games. Each team will have one practice a week on Monday or Wednesday (Grades 1st-4th) Saturdays prior to game (5th-8th) along with Saturday games, to continually focus on developing players’ skills and understanding of the game! Auburn Hills Parks & Recreation & Jason Thompson Baseball present a new Summer Baseball League in Auburn Hills for children ages 7-10 years old. League includes: 6 game season, 6 free hours of batting cage time at JTB ($450 value) for each team (1 hour/week), hat/shirt included. Teams pay umpire $25 each game. Volunteer Coaches needed!
