RULES OF THE SHOW
1. Entries will be accepted from all amateurs......
2. All entries must be grown by the exhibitors within the last 12 months
3. Exhibitors may submit more than entry in any class,
4. Children may enter adult classes, but will be prepared to pay full adult fee.
5. Immediate relatives of the judges are not permitted to submit entries to the show
6. Entries can only be submitted on the official entry form and must be accompanied by the correct payment( adults 40p per class; and children 20p per class)
7. Entry forms can only submitted to: Mr F Pooley, 49 Mead Park, Atworth. We regret that no entry can be received after 7:00pm on Thursday 5th September.
8. Where recipes are provided these must be followed exactly.
9. All exhibits must be staged between 8:30 and 10:00am on the morning of the show 10. All vases / plates etc must be provided by the exhibitor.
11. Please place your entry in the space allocated to your class. Please DO NOT move or touch any other entries. If there is not enough room for your entry, please speak to one of the organisers who will be happy to assist.
12 No exhibits to removed until 3:30pm
13. Any items left on the tables at 3:45pm on the day of the show will be auctioned off and the proceeds put towards the next Autumn annual show costs
14. Whilst every reasonable care will be taken of the exhibits, the committee will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur exhibits.
THE SHOW WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FROM 2.30pm
