CLEANSING YOUR ATTITUDE
It’s Spring time, which usually denotes “spring cleaning”. We start washing walls, cupboards, carpets and go through our items to see what we should either donate or throw out. That’s a lot of work to do, whether you live in a house or apartment. Most of us usually change the batteries in fire alarms or do a spring energy cleansing in our homes too.
But the biggest step you should try this Spring is to cleanse your attitude. What is cleansing your attitude? It means you look at yourself, your personality quirks, pet peeves and attitudes toward people, places and things. After you look at yourself, what do you feel you need to adjust, keep or throw out about your attitude? Why do you need to do this? We become stale, static and then we attract the same old energy. By adjusting our thoughts, we adjust our energy.
Here are some examples:
If you look “down” on people of a different race, religion, career, or financial background, it’s time to cleanse your attitude. When you become insufferable to those in your life because you act nasty or verbally attack others due to these differences, you are putting negative energy into the universe. When you do that, you are going to get negative energy right back. No one wants to be friends with Snarky Sue or Mean Moe. People will drift away from you while you keep trying to figure out “why” people are turning down your invitations.
