AGE REQUIREMENTS
Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from attending all ISPA Conference functions and from being present on the Expo floor at any time , including exhibitor set-up and dismantle . During select ISPA Conference functions where attendees ages 18 and older are permitted , alcoholic beverages will be available complimentary or for purchase to only those attendees and guests that meet the minimum legal drinking age .
EXHIBIT BOOTH PERSONNEL / SHOW STAFF
All individuals attending the ISPA Conference as exhibit booth personnel must serve as an official representative of and solely represent the exhibiting company with which they are registered . Eligible attendees who either qualify as a buyer or who represent more than one exhibiting company must be registered under their own company name and meet eligibility guidelines for attendance . Exhibiting companies who register buyers as exhibit booth personnel or who share show staff badges are subject to removal from the ISPA Conference .
REGISTRATION CODES
ISPA Conference rates are reflective of the date of registration and promotional availability . Only one promotion may be used per company during the registration process including special rates specific to a member company . Promotional rates are not retroactive for previously completed registrations and are only available for full-Conference passes .
TRANSLATION SERVICES
The official language of the ISPA Conference is English . Interpretation services will be provided when 50 people or more speaking the same language are present . To inquire about translation services , contact ispa @ ispastaff . com .
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF ISPA
By registering for the annual Conference , you acknowledge and agree that all content and materials made available by the International SPA Association ( ISPA ) at ISPA ’ s events or in ISPA ’ s literary or digital works are protected by copyrights , trademarks , service marks , trade secrets , or other proprietary rights and laws . Except as expressly authorized by ISPA , you agree not to sell , license , rent , modify , distribute , copy , reproduce , transmit , publicly display , publicly perform , publish , adapt , edit , or create derivative works from such materials or content . Reproduction , copying , creation of derivative works , or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements of ISPA ’ s intellectual property is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of ISPA . Permission is granted in ISPA ’ s sole discretion .
By attending the annual ISPA Conference , you consent that your likeness , captured by photo or video , can be used by ISPA for promotional purposes and approved third parties for recap purposes in print , video and online . TRANSFERS / SUBSTITUTIONS
Prior to the event , companies who experience a personnel change for a previously registered attendee are able to substitute another employee . Please contact ispa @ ispastaff . com to request a registrant substitution .
