Long term , respondents felt that government-mandated lockdowns had a big impact on business . iii ) Change to Delivery of Health Care For many respondents , the impact of COVID on their business meant a partial or complete redesign of their delivery methods . For some , a redesign included more online consultations , and some switched to telehealth only . While many have gone back to face-to-face consultations , others have stayed online or with telehealth . Some practitioners said the transition to online or telehealth was initially challenging but has had a long-term positive effect .
