The audit covers all elements of our Quality System , and includes Personnel , Materials Control , Production Systems , Facility and Equipment , Validation and Qualification , Quality Control and Batch Record reviews .
PPC is also audited by Australian Certified Organic and Maroondah Council for food safety .
Farming by Ronald van de Winckel Springtime in Tasmania sees Marleen Herbs burst into growth . Many of the medicinal plants are perennial , sitting dormant in the ground over winter . With the warmth of Spring sunshine there is a flurry of growth . There is also seeds to be sown as well as seedlings and cuttings to be planted out .
Large plantings of Astragulus , Echinacea purpurea , Chamomile , California Poppy , Calendula , Lemon Balm , Marshmallow , Nettles and Withania are planned . The woody perennials like Lavender , Rosemary , Elder Flower are well established and should generate good yields .
