TULIP MEDIA GROUP (877) 719-8919 • TulipMediaGroup.com Aloha! BY: CHASON ISHII, PRESIDENT OF ATLAS INSURANCE AGENCY As organizations and families reevaluate their needs for a post-COVID-19 world, it is abundantly clear the global pandemic has expedited the demand for virtual technology and digital workspace. Recognizing this change, we are focusing our efforts on identifying strategic opportunities that will create a world-class digital experience for our clients. The groundwork for our digital transformation accelerated over the work-from-home period. We have invested heavily in new technology that will allow us to better serve and communicate effectively with our valued clients. We initiated upgrades to all 125+ PCs and laptops within our organization, launched Microsoft 365, implemented Zoom, and purchased a multitude of new client support and interactive application software packages. Additionally, we invested in our 10+ conference rooms throughout the organization by installing equipment to provide seamless video conferencing capabilities. It is critical for us to maintain the crucial faceto-face interactions with our clients and to keep the lines of communication open. Not only did we invest in the latest technology and equipment but we have also redeployed our human capital to focus on producing digital resources. To meet the changing needs of insureds, we are advancing a slew of digital options for our clients like on-demand virtual training, timely insurancefocused webinars, and a wealth of valuable online resources to access at all times of the day. A variety of our digital resources are provided through our website; however, MyATLAS Connection—a private library of resources exclusively for Atlas clients—offers our clients access to tens of thousands of resources specific to their needs. MyATLAS Connection offers clients a self-service approach and on-demand support 365 days a year. We have spent a considerable amount of time engaging with clients about their changing needs and business operation procedures. We found digital resources and support to be at the heart of each client’s plan moving forward. Whether it is offering multiple channels of virtual communication or expanding our digital resource offerings, we are here to help our clients navigate their insurance journey. + Chason Ishii President of Atlas Insurance Agency ATLASINSURANCE.COM 3
