To Lead AOAO Sales

As Atlas Insurance’ s new AOAO sales leader, I am thrilled to introduce myself. I have been in the insurance business for the past 15 years, first with GEICO, helping clients with both auto and homeowners’ policies. In 2008, I took a position with Atlas as a personal lines agent, where I have enjoyed building trusting relationships with hundreds of Atlas customers and businesses.

Now, a decade later, I am working with AOAO clients— primarily townhouse and condominium complex managers and directors. AOAO policies are often complex and difficult to understand; my goal is to act as a resource to help educate you and ensure that your insurance coverage is up-to-date and adequate to cover your needs.
When it comes to multi-unit complexes, a lot can go wrong which is why we work as a team. One of our clients experienced severe slip and fall claims. Together with our risk control unit, I went to inspect the property to try and identify any hazards that were contributing to the slip and fall claims. After a careful review of their claims, we determined most of the slip and fall claims occurred in the driveway. We worked on a plan, in partnership with the community association, to use plants and signs which guided residents to walk on the sidewalk instead of the driveway. The planters not only added a pop of color to the area, but also reduced slip and fall claims.
We consider our commitment, as your agency, to help you the property manager and board navigate through the complexities of insurance. Our goal is to be transparent and proactive with our recommendations. Our risk client consulting group consistently reviews compliancy and exposure, before they turn into exorbitant premium increases or loss in coverage.
One thing I have learned while working here at Atlas is that we operate a lot like a family. We all have our individual strengths and we work together to achieve a common goal— to protect our clients’ assets and put their minds at ease! We have individuals on staff who are experts in construction, surety, employee benefits, hospitality, personal lines, risk control, claims and other areas. I know I can turn to them at any time to help find the best solution for our clients. I am truly humbled to be included among the best.
