WHAT’S GOING ON AT
ATLAS
MIDSUMMER KICKOFF
MEETING
We hosted our company-wide annual
meeting (including our neighbor
island offices) at the Prince Waikiki!
Our featured speaker was Rusty
Komori, author of Beyond the Lines.
Rusty’s speech was centered around
creating a leadership culture to
achieve extraordinary results. As
the former boys’ varsity head tennis
coach of Punahou School, he led the
varsity team to an unprecedented 22
consecutive state championships, a
national record in all sports that still
stands today. Rusty was also gracious
enough to sign more than 100 copies
of his book for our employees, and
he came back to the office for lunch
to talk with anyone who wasn’t able
to speak with him at the morning
meeting. What an awesome guy!
30TH ANNUAL HAWAII FOODBANK FOOD DRIVE
Over a period of six weeks, our EPIChawaii group organized a canned and nonperishable
food drive to help support the 30th Annual Hawaii Foodbank Food Drive. With
overwhelming donations from staff, we were able to collect more than 1,000 items (not all
items pictured)! We are always happy to support the Hawaii community!
HOT PURSUIT
Members from our EPIChawaii group participated in
Hospice Hawaii’s Annual Hot Pursuit scavenger hunt in
Kakaako. Our Atlas team ran close to three miles, finished
in a little over 40 minutes, and raised $500 to support
Hospice Hawaii!
OFFICE BLESSING
We invited Kahu Kekoa Kordell to our downtown office
to complete an office blessing. Kahu Kordell spent time
walking around the 10th and 11th floors to bless each
office and workstation. We are just about settled into the
new office, and our staff are enjoying the new layout and
features!
