any indication.
The Pier House, named for its 2.5 acre hillside location overlooking
the Malibu Pier, was built in 1981 and is a sprawling 5,500 square
feet, featuring four bedrooms and six bathrooms. Valued at an
estimated $12.5 Million, the home’s architecture is sleek, minimal
and the interior was designed to show off the building’s unique
attributes and maximize stellar views.

Matthew Perry’s mother, Suzanne Perry, was a Canadian journalist who also served as Press Secretary for Canadian Prime Minister,
Pierre Elliot Trudeau. Perry holds dual American and Canadian citizenship, and was raised by his mother in Ottawa, Ontario.
