As condos generally are, buildings
are concrete and lack imagination
when it comes to architectural styling.
Often times, especially true in older
buildings, apartment may be spacious
but rooms are small and segregated.
Even though this condominium
has lovely water views, its 1980s
sensibility meant that the kitchen,
dining, living and den areas were all
separate, making the space feel much
smaller than its 2,000 square feet—
and the original pink wall-to-wall
carpeting didn’t help either.
