“College sport has always fascinated me, - how the Colleges
get huge numbers of spectators to season games, turn
supporters into warriors when facing other competitive
Colleges while still enjoying the game. The capacity of
student athletes to train all week, travel most weekends for
competition, be at their best for a short time, then turn
around and head home before another busy week of training
and studying, is awesome. I love competing and working
hard and I believe being a student athlete at College in
America will be inspiring. It will assist me to excel in both my
academic and sporting goals, meet others with the same
drive and passion, who want to work hard and enjoy the
experience, while competing against some of the best
swimmers in America, in a fantastic system.”
