Becky Tan has been our mentor, our inspiration, and our hero for decades. Though now retired as the Film Group leader, Becky is still the one we look up to, the person we adore. She kept us all together, always willing to put our wishes ahead of hers. And she certainly sponsored some scrumptious eight-course Chinese dinners upstairs at EAT that seemed to go on forever. Becky is still the most active moviegoer of us all, reviewing a film every week. The most delightful reviews are her recent ones where she is accompanied by fresh, new“ colleagues,” her young granddaughters.
