You will receive an email confirming that we received your application. Submit immunization records, all transcripts, placement test scores (ACT, SAT, ACCUPLACER, etc.) . You may schedule a placement test at https://asumh.edu/services/testing-center.html, call 870-508-6209 or visit our testing center on the 2nd floor of Roller Hall. Continue to check your email for updates on any missing forms or documents. Pay for Tuition, Fees, and Books Pay Your Tuition and Fees: See Cashier or pay online in the MyCampus Portal. Whether you are receiving, financial aid (scholarships, loans or grants) or you are private pay, you are responsible to provide payment for any remaining balances after those funds are applied to your account. If your scholarships, financial aid and/or loans exceed your current semester’s balance due, you should receive any monies remaining approximately 5-6 weeks after semester begins. Remaining monies will be direct deposited into the back account you provided the cashier. (See Cashier for Direct Deposit form) Buy books for class! Complete the financial aid process, if you need help paying for school. • First, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and renew it each year. Online at www.fafsa.ed.gov Code for ASUMH: 042544 Students cleared for financial aid will receive book vouchers by email. Go to the bookstore or order your books online at www.bkstr.com/asumhstore/home. Once your application packet is complete, you will receive a letter of acceptance including : your advisor’s name, student ID number and info about registration. 1 Need help? Failure to attend could result in being administratively dropped from class and/or it could affect your financial aid eligibility. Plan to get involved in our many student groups and activities. Your registration/enrollment is complete and you are a student at ASUMH.
