Aldo Aguilar Ramirez
is charged with the
murder of 16 year old
Julian Ruiz which oc-
curred outside West-
bury High School on
November 28, 2006.
Witnesses observed
Ramirez and Augustin
Miguel Marquez driving in a tan colored
mercury cougar in the area of Westbury High
School.
Reportedly the victim approached the vehi-
cle, and engaged in a brief conversation.
The victim raised his shirt to reveal a
tattoo and was shot once in the chest.
He was pronounced dead on
arrival at Ben Taub hospital.
