Agiloft Teams Up with
Google to Provide TopRated Security Option

Available on smart phones, PC’s, smart watches, and other
mobile devices, Google’s offline-capable authenticator app
makes two factor security convenient, and support is
included for free with Agiloft’s cloud service.

Google Authenticator is an app created by Google to
provide a second layer of security during system sign-on.
When a user enters their system username and password,
the app is notified and generates a temporary code. The
system requires the user to enter that code in addition to
the password before granting access. Using the app
ensures that even if a user’s password is stolen, the thief
will not be able to enter the system without also having
physical access to the second device.
