state and some U.S. territo-
ries.
A single operation in early
July led by the FBI’s office in
Guam (part of the Honolulu
Field Office) included nearly 20
investigators from the FBI,
the Guam Police Department,
the U.S. Postal Inspection Ser-
vice, the Coast Guard Investi-
gative Service, and Homeland
Security Investigations.
