On July 30, 2018: ISIS claimed respon-
sibility for a vehicle attack on a group of
international cyclists in Tajikistan, which
left four dead.
The cyclists, two from the United States, one
from the Netherlands, and one from Switzerland,
were rammed by a vehicle before survivors were
stabbed and shot.
The rally had several high-profile attendees
including, Rudy Giuliani, former House Speak-
er Newt Gingrich, former U.S. Ambassador to
the United Nations Bill Richardson, former New
Jersey Sen. Bob Toricelli, and former FBI Direc-
tor Louis Freeh.
