The Special Assignment Unit Plate Carrier features also
include bottom loading front and rear rifle plate pock-
ets, with expandable 4-way stretch, a concealed, side
release buckle system kit, ID tag attachment points,
reinforced drag strap, removable sling catch, advanced
shoulder pads, front kangaroo pouch and streamlined
shoulder strap system.
The Armor Express design team worked with end-us-
ers, conducted multiple field tests, and continued to
make modifications until the SAU was built right.
