“I do Tabata, an interval workout
that consists doing one exercise
for 20 seconds, then resting for 10
seconds. The whole process is
repeated for four minutes. My
Exercises are high intensity, like
running on a treadmill at high
speed, squats and leg lifts. I will
do at least three different sets of
exercises in my workout which
lasts about 15 minutes.”

“I take home-cooked food to
school such as fish, chicken or
prawns which are high in protein. I
have “cheat” days on Sundays
when I indulge in cakes. I also
snack on Weet-Bix, which are
small cereal bars. I don’t take
carbonated drinks”
