Daily rituals like the one I’ve described, tailored to your specific needs and belief system, are a great way to keep the negativity and stressors of daily life from getting you down. Here are a few simple things you can do every day to cultivate a positive mindset and keep your beliefs, thoughts, and actions aligned with where you’re going and what you want to create. • Meditate for fifteen minutes each morning. 
 • Start a gratitude journal: at the end of each day, write down five things for which you’re grateful. 
 • Read or listen to personal development books while you drive, work out, or take on other tasks.
