In December Australia ’ s high performance system launched our 2032 + strategy . This strategy is a major milestone for Australian sport – it represents the first time all peak bodies from across Australia ’ s Olympic , Paralympic , and Commonwealth Games sports – Federal and State , Summer and Winter Games - have united for a national high performance sport strategy . It has been co-designed by Australia ’ s HP Sport System , for the System and it is our united plan to make the most of this generational opportunity , to elevate Australian sport and to create sustainable success .
A key element is the strategy ’ s vision : ‘ We win well to inspire Australians ’.

It is about celebrating the humanity of Australian sport , valuing physical , mental , emotional and cultural wellbeing .
