Established in 1975 , France ’ s National Institute of Sport , Expertise , and Performance ( INSEP ) is both a benchmark Olympic and Paralympic training center internationally as well as a powerful voice in elite sport policy in France . INSEP has been an active member of the ASPC since 2006 and held the forum for the last time in Paris back in 2011 .
Through its unique , modern infrastructure located within a 28 hectares campus in the heart of the “ Bois de Vincennes ” in Paris , INSEP supports outstanding sporting performance in all its forms for elite athletes competing in all sports and their support teams . The institute offers innovative support and individually tailored training programs , medical care , research and psychological support as well as training and professional reorientation . INSEP has helped over 90 % of French Olympic medalists prepare for their events .

As one of the world ’ s foremost Olympic and Paralympic training centers , INSEP illustrates France ’ s “ savoir-faire ”, which blends performance with technical and scientific expertise , as well as a genuine respect for the athletes .
By this positioning , INSEP put its knowledge and expertise at the service of the ASPC and its members within the framework of the world Forum in 2023 . Moreover , this event takes place one year before the Olympic and Paralympic Games held in Paris in 2024 . INSEP could share the spirit and the excitement of the preparation of the world largest sporting event .
Therefore , the program will deal with topics like : leadership in high performance training centers , mental health , Innovations and financial models ( New collaborations between high-level sport stakeholders and public and private partners ), high performance training in a safe and secure environment , or even climate and sustainability .
Thanks to this forum , Association of Sport Performance Centres ( ASPC ) will promote the establishment of a place to exchange information and experiences between people , organizations and institutions interested in elite sports . A suitable environment in order to establish collaboration agreements between high performance centers will be provided and the creation of common initiatives that will benefit worldwide high performance centers will provide reliable and true information about elite sports to the society .
