INTERNATIONAL EXPERTISE & PERFORMANCE: A look back at the visit to INSEP of Prof. Louise Burke, a world figure in sports nutrition and Chair in Sports Nutrition at the Australian Catholic University.
With 40 years of experience at the top— including 30 years at the Australian Institute Of Sport and 5 Olympiads alongside the Australian team, the arrival of Louise Burke( barely tired from the Paris Marathon run the day before) was an exceptional opportunity for the hashtag # INSEP teams to enrich her knowledge with a world reference.
This meeting is a continuation of the exchanges initiated through the FASIC scientific cooperation program and the hosting of Marine DUPUIT( IRMES laboratory) in Louise Burke’ s laboratory in Melbourne last autumn.
