The state-of-the-art facilities include colour wash lighting in the main auditorium , independently operable screens around the venue , and a vehicle accessible main floor .
Bonus Arena Hull hosts a number of significant tech focussed events throughout the year including , in recent years , Tech Week Humber and Tech Expo – a flagship enterprise and expo event celebrating all things Tech . The University of Hull moved their annual graduations to the Bonus Arena in 2019 and now host multiple events per year due to the size and state of the art facilities . The ceremonies held most recently in September 2021 saw over 25,000 guests visit from multiple international destinations .
The team at the Bonus Arena can assist organisers with setting up contracts and managing the details for all aspects of an event via onsite specialists in event management , technicians , food and beverage team , security and health and safety .
