Raminder (Rami) Singh Ranger MBE is a successful entrepreneur and social and political
reformer. He founded Sun Mark Ltd in 1987 and it is now one of Britain’s fastest growing
companies with an annual turnover in excess of £150 million per annum. Rami is active in the
British Asian community. He co-founded the British Asian Conservative Link and served the
organisation for over a decade as its General Secretary. He is the founder member of the Hindu
Forum Britain and set up the Pakistan, India & UK Friendship Forum. He is the Chairman of
the British Sikh Association and founded the Shaheed Nanak Singh Foundation in memory
of his father. In November 2012, Rami Ranger was asked to join the Princes Trust Enterprise
Fellowship.
Renu Ranger studied at the Lady Shri Ram College for Women, one of the well known arts
colleges of University of Delhi. She currently works at Sunmark Ltd and undertakes philanthropic
work in her spare time.

Asif Rangoonwalla
Asif Rangoonwala is a successful entrepreneur involved in philanthropic activities through
the Rangoonwala Foundation established by his late father. Asif founded UK-based Eurobuns
Limited, a successful venture in the industrial baking sector, with a turnover of £40 million
per annum and employing over 400 people, for which he received the Queens Award. He is
also a key player in the South Street property business - a rapidly growing provider of student
accommodation and recently launched the Swanbourne property fund with a portfolio of
rental assets approaching £1bn. He runs the World Championship for Powerboat P1 Grand Prix
series, the top class of speedboat races, in which he is reported to have invested a sizeable
proportion of his £100 million estimated fortune. A native of Pakistan, Asif is a fellow of the
Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, Trustee of the Whitefield Development Trust, Director of The Indus
Entrepreneurs UK, Board Member of The British Asian Trust and Chairman of the World Memon
Foundation.
Shakiba Rangoonwala is a philanthropist serving as a board member of The Lily Foundation,
which works against human trafficking, and as Trustee of The Rangoonwala Foundation. She is
also qualified nutritionist and homeopath with a practice in Mayfair.
