Pretam & Neishaa Gharat
Dr Pretam Gharat completed his Bachelors in Dental Surgery in Mumbai and started his own
dental surgery at the age of 23. In 2008, he moved to England and is now a qualified general
dental practitioner in the UK where he is a member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery. Pretam
Gharat is certified in conscious sedation for dental treatments, for placement of end osseous
dental implants and Inman aligners, Fast Braces and Cerinate Lumineers.

Neishaa Gharat is a creative catalyst, designer, visualizer and consultant. She studied visual
arts and then went on to co-found a design & communication studios in Mumbai - Paramount
Vision, India (1995-2007). She founded Chalo India, a market strategy firm in 2005; Karma
Ventures in 2008 and works as designer for Art+Fashion Collusion. In August 2013, she worked
with Oxfam to create a fashion show, with clothing and materials from the charity’s shops,
staged at the London Mela.
Zerbanoo & Richard Gifford
Zerbanoo Gifford is a human rights campaigner, author, and founding director of the ASHA
Foundation. Born in India, Zerbanoo made political history in 1982 when she was elected in
Harrow, Middlesex, as the first non-white woman councillor for the Liberal Party. She went on
to become the first Asian woman to stand for parliament. The patron of several international
