s I’m writing this, it is
absolutely
freezing!
Zero
temperatures
here in Lancashire with ice
and frost all over! I’m just
thinking of going somewhere nice and hot. I have
been busy doing community
work across Lancashire and
it’s been really good meeting people. As my audience
involves the younger generation I think it is important
that I listen to them and understand them so that I may
write according to the needs
of the audience. Sometimes
there are things that they can
share with me but not with
their families and I have to
write according to the community as a whole.
As we now prepare for the
wedding season to come
along there will be many
youngsters getting ready for
the big day. I know many of
them will go abroad to do
their shopping for example
India, Pakistan or even the
Middle East. Parents will be
booking venues and halls
with their daughters or sons
making sure that their big

s human beings we
take many things
for granted and we
don’t value the importance of things until they
have gone.
We are reminded to value
five things before we lose
them while advising a person the Prophet Muhammed
(PBUH) said: “Value five
things before five things:
youth before senility, health
before illness, solvency before poverty, free time before
getting busy, and life before
death.”
In this article I wish to discuss how we can take control
of our time before we regret
it has gone as time lost can
never be regained.
Do you ever find yourself
wishing there were more
hours in the day? Is overtime becoming the norm for
you? Do you wish you had
more time to spend doing the
things that you really want to
do?
Most likely you answered
yes to one or more of these
questions and feel like you
are not really where you want
to be in life. Maybe work is
not going how you would like.
