After more than 25 years as Asia’ s premier geographical magazine, ASIAN Geographic will soon cease to appear in print regularly. However, even as our award-winning stories move to online platforms in 2026, we’ ll still be publishing special print editions of the magazine going forward.
As we look back on a quarter century of ASIAN Geographic“ Bringing Asia to the World”, we’ re celebrating some of our most absorbing content over the years – updated, of course, to ensure its relevance today. And what has defined the magazine perhaps more than anything else? Its rich visuals, illustrations and infographics.
For this special“ Infographic Edition” of ASIAN Geographic, we took a selection of our favourite sections from past issues that help us understand Asia and all its fascinating complexity. From spotlighting the region’ s Critically Endangered wildlife(“ Red Alert: Treasures at Risk”, page 10) and honouring Singapore and its 60 years of achievements(“ The Great Six-Oh”, page 18) to exploring the history of Asian innovation(“ The Mother of Invention” page 66) and understanding how smartphone technology has progressed(“ Evolution of the Mobile Phone”, page 78), we’ re not leaving anything out!
Thank you for joining us on this visual journey across the continent!
