October Activity Highlights
The annual Golden Age Games were Friday, Oct. 12, at SBU in Bolivar.
The Ash Grove Healthcare Facility team won the
Spirit Cup Award at the Golden Age Games on
Oct. 12, 2018. A team of 12 residents, 22 staff
members, Volunteers, and family members attend-
ed the 2018 annual Golden Age Games in Bolivar.
Our theme was, “The Happy Campers.” Residents
earned 14 medals, including first place in overall
points. Congratulations to the Ash Grove
Healthcare Facility’s Golden Age Game team!
Auxiliary Bake Sale

All proceeds benefit the
Ash Grove Auxiliary Fund.
Eat with us this Thanksgiving!
Thursday, Nov. 22 at noon in the dining room. Cost is
$8.00 per person. RSVP by Thursday, Nov. 16 to the

in advance from the business office or the day of the meal.
