Journey
On board a ship with no sail , No captain to guide , It floats with little purpose .
No protection from the rough seas , Little joy in the calm waters , Languishing in dark and lonely surroundings .

One star shines bright through , So bright it ’ s almost not meant to be , For nothing this bright is natural , It gives hope in a time of need .

Sometime in our lives
Sometime in our lives we have pain we have sorrow but there ’ s always tomorrow .
Seize the day Reclaim the night Dare to be different And question what ’ s right .

Hope that the tide will take me to safety . Take us to something more than here More than darkness and uncertain waters , Time will pass , maybe too long , But now every wave , is a push towards salvation .
No longer is it an obstacle , Giving up is not an option anymore , I will not fall into despair , Taking every advantage that the sea has to offer .
I will keep myself hearty until we dock Never looking back , Always looking forward To the time this never-ending journey comes to an end .
A Lonely Tear
I stand at the window I watch the world go by I grab at my bars Screaming why ? My screams are loud My tears they flow But no one answers Because they all know
A broken man is crying out for he lives a life full of without
Without his family Without his love Without his freedom Yes life is tough I stand at my window And watch the world go by A lonely man with a tear in his eye

What if Love Was
If love was a battleship , I am indestructible .
If love was a cake , I want a slice of heaven .
If love was a coat of armour , I am untouchable .
If love was a speed , I am the driving force .
If love was a criminal , I am wanted by the FBI .
If love was a dog , I have been unleashed .
If love was a domino , I am the winning tile .
If love was a flightplan , I am flying to your heart .
Alan Inverness
If love was a phone booth , I am engaged .
If love was a poltergeist , I am haunted .
If love was a train , I am unstoppable .
If love was a twister , I will rip your heart out .
If love was a war , I am under siege .
If love was a warrior , I am bulletproof .

The Shark
The shark is an impressive foe , whose ancestors hail from long ago . While other creatures were getting thinner , it feasted on a second dinner .
But living up to such a story , of spilling guts is just so gory . For sharks if they could have their say , would live their lives another way .
They ’ d run their fins along the sands , and gather pearls in shiny strands . Then apply some lippy and some rouge , and book onto a Saga cruise .
For Sharks you see can ’ t pass the chance , to salsa or do the Conga dance .
