RECEIPE to watch the full demo please visit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-Mtw84aqDM ROA SUSHI Ingredients: - 4 tbsp of Roa - 1 Persian Cucumber - Some Pickled Carrots - 2 tbsp Hondashi - 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar - a pinch of salt - a pinch of sugar - 2 nori sheets - 2 eggs - sushi mat - 1 1/2 cups of cooked short grain rice How To: 1. Put the rice vinegar, a pinch of sugar and salt into the rice. Mix in a diagonal motion. Once finished, leave it to the side. 3. Heat up a small nonstick pan. No need to add oil and just cook the egg mixture on the pan. When its done, put the egg in a cutting board and slice it into thin long pieces. Once its done, leave it to the side. 4. Now, to cook the roa, you don’t need to put any oil because roa already contains oil already. Just add another 1 tbsp of hondashi and a pinch of salt. Cook till it sizzles. 5. Slice the cucumber into half diagonally and cut them into long pieces as well. 6. Place the sushi mat into a big ziplock bag and put the nori sheet on top. Distribute the rice evenly into the nori sheet, add the 2 slices of eggs, a couple of cucumbers, pickled carrots and the roa. 7. Roll the sushi and cut it into about 1-1 1/2 inch each. 2. Crack the 2 eggs into a bowl, add a tbsp of hondashi and a pinch of salt to the egg and stir.
