Arrival Procedure - 30min before STA ASE
will collect your awaiting limousine/transport
and escort to the Aircraft parking stand. ASE
will coordinate all customs, immigration and
security for each arrival. Passengers will exit
the Aircraft directly into their transport, and
all formalities (if required) will be completed
as passengers step off or inside the Aircraft.
The limousines/transport will be escorted out
of the Airport as quickly as possible.
Departure Procedure - ASE will pre-arrange
all customs, security and immigration to be
ready for your departure time. ASE will collect
your awaiting limousine/transport at the main
Airport gate, clients will remain inside their
transport, and after a short drive 1-2min, we
arrive at the ready and waiting Aircraft. Pas-
sengers will exit their transport then process
any customs, immigration & security formal-
ities (If needed) at the Aircraft door. The Air-
craft shall then depart.
Location - Clients limousines are requested
to proceed to the main Airport security gate
which is located on Kystvejen, Airport east op-
posite the long stay car parks. ASE will coordi-
nate with local limousine providers to ensure
everything is organised before arrival or de-
parture. It’s requested that the drivers make
contact with ASE Handling as soon as possible
to better our coordination and any unneces-
sary waiting time during the driver’s security
registration.
