healthy and eat right to maximise performance.

bad habits and instigate some new routines.
Rather than rushing headlong into a marathon,
it’s best to start slowly and ease into a new way

body and soul and there are a multitude of disciplines to suit all ages and
needs (page 12). While we all want to look good on the outside, heavy
schedules and constant travelling can take its toll. Feeding the soul with
a local dish can be a bright beacon at the end of a long day. Every country
has its favourites and if you’re a seafood fan travelling to Australia don’t
miss the opportunity to try the unique Moreton Bay bugs (page 8). If a
tipple is more your style you will be interested in reading about the cool
resurgence of tequila, which is taking the cocktail world by storm (page
26). As the new year begins, it’s worth remembering that taking an
occasional breather from work refreshes and re-energises. If you prefer
your downtime to be upbeat there’s nowhere better for a vibrant burst of
excitement than the colourful exoticism of the Middle East. Take time to
trawl through our tips for the region on how to make the most of Dubai,
