The start of a new year is the ideal time to temper bad habits and instigate some new routines. Rather than rushing headlong into a marathon, it’s best to start slowly and ease into a new way of living. Yoga is one of the best exercises for both body and soul and there are a multitude of disciplines to suit all ages and needs (page 12).
