ASC Bulletin: December 2015 | Page 6

TREASURER’S REPORT Fellow Members, Below you will find a summary of the 2015 Cocker Spaniel National Specialty held at Purina Farms in July. It was an overall success, due in large part to the popularity of our performance events. We will hopefully find continued success as we return to Purina Farms for the next two years. I have also summarized our current finances. Be reminded that ‘Restricted Funds’ are those invested inFidelity accounts, the interest on which pays for Perpetual Memorial Trophies (for which we are taxed). Our ‘Unrestricted Funds’ include our checking account with Regions Bank and a surplus cash investment account with Fidelity. For those of you who generously pledge to sponsor trophies at the Flushing Spaniel Show or the Cocker National Specialty, please remit payment as soon as possible so we can place orders well in advance of each show. As always, if you have any qu e s t io n s , p l e as e email me at asc.treasurer.beth@gmail.com. Respectfully Submitted, Beth Williams ASC Treasurer AMERICAN SPANIEL CLUB, INC.
