Founded in 1947 and based in Washington, DC, the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) is the leading
organization for companies that rely on general aviation aircraft to help make their businesses more efficient, productive
and successful. The association represents more than 11,000 companies and provides more than 100 products and
services to the business aviation community, including the NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition, the world's
largest civil aviation trade show.

NBAA has had a busy start to 2018, with our continuing work to protect access to airports and airspace in the U.S. ,
collaborate with our partner business aviation associations to represent industry's interests in Asia and Europe, and
support effective and workable security measures at the global level. 
What is coming up next for NBAA?
NBAA looks forward to the Asian Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition, in Shanghai, China from 17-19 Apr., which
is clearly coming together as an outstanding event, thanks in very large part to our continuing, successful collaboration
with the Asian Business Aviation Association. We hope you will join us - in the meantime, all the latest news, information
and highlights concerning the show can be found at abace.aero. 
NBAA also is pleased with the success of the association's annual International Operators Conference, held 26-29 Mar.
in Las Vegas, NV. In attendance at the event were more than 500 participants, who found direct value in four days of
educational content, including Regional Reviews of China, Southeast Asia and Pacific, but also South America and
Brazil, Caribbean, Mexico, Cuba, Russia and the “Stans” , India and The Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America
and the North Atlantic. Other essential topics included security and compliance.
