4.SDE Grading Process :
In order to bring in more effectiveness in the FM training sessions, the Curriculum Division is planning to introduce the concept of SDE mentoring with the help of senior and experienced SDEs (having more than 500 hours of training experience in ASAP) who will be designated as SDE Fellows. SDE fellows will also act as mentors for new SDEs during their probation period.
Assessing the sessions being engaged by these senior SDEs by ASAP CET Master Trainers (faculty members of colleges where the 21 day training of ASAP takes place) is the first step being planned in grading.
The grading process will commence shortly.
