Then he meets Melchizedek, who introduces himself as the king of Salem. At first Santiago was not ready to talk to him but when he understood that the king was able to
read his mind he started listening. The king urges him to follow his dream and gives him two stones Urim and Thummim to interpret omens. This is where he begins his journey. In the journey he meets many people and each person is a teacher who teaches the lesson of life.
At first reading the conclusion may seem a little difficult to accept but our thinking helps to find the real meaning behind it. One thing that I can assure the readers is that the time you spend to read this book is really worth it.
