If a teacher teaches science to Tom, it demands two things. At first the teacher must know science. Then the important one arises, the teacher must know Tom. In this way, the teacher becomes an architect of the future generation.
Teachers typically do not think of themselves as role models, however, inadvertently they are. This can be a positive or negative effect depending on the teacher. They are not only to teach the students, but also to love and care for them. A good teacher should be a lifelong learner of new methodologies in teaching because these methods keep them updated. Understanding that teaching creates all other professions and to teach is to touch a life forever.
