So if India want to accelerate the momentum generated by MDGs through SDGs, we should give Priority to following aspects :

Poverty alleviation programmes like MGNERGA and Food security in Poor sates should be implemented in wide manner and more attention should be given to socially excluded group

Financial inclusion programme Pradhan Mantri Jan-DhanYojanashould be universalized for ensuring more inclusive growth. Also existingmicrofinance and micro insurance scheme should integrate with financial inclusion programmes for inclusive growth.

A new green revolution based sustainable agriculture should be implemented for doubling the agricultural productivity by 2030.

National Food Security act should be accomplished more quickly so that intended beneficiaries get access to healthy and nutritious food

Skill development programmes of Governments should be promoted more widely and should carry forward more effectively by focusing on target group especially youth and women

Small and medium enterprises should be promoted for increasing productive job in manufacturing and service sectors

There is need of regular assessment of teachers performance and incentives should provide to them in proportion to improvement in student learning

Universal primary education can only be achieved by scaling up efforts to most excluded groups like Scheduled casts and scheduled Tribes.

For encouraging education of girls of women’s all educational institutions should make mandatory improvements in safety, water and sanitation, teacher training and gender sensitive curriculum.

Effective mechanism should be implemented for improving quality of health services. Generic medicines should be popularized and price regulation of essential drugs should be enforced

Steps should be formulated for reducing rate of Non communicable diseases (heart attack,strokes etc) by one third of pre mature mortality by 2030.

SwachhBharathAbhiyan campaign should be intensified more. Sanitation, waste management and energy generation using new technologies should be integrated with high priority.

Government plan to develop 100 smart cities based on low carbon path ways should be accomplished in timely manner by leveraging public private partnership

Government should encourage Indian Industries to step into sustainable production pattern and waste recycling

Strict laws should be enforced to prevent pollution of inland rivers and waters and damaging of coastal and marine ecosystems.

Government should ensure a strict monitoring on CSR (Corporate Social responsibility) spending of all companies. Section 135 of companies act of 2013 mandates every companies to spend at least 2 % of average net profit on CSR activities. According to CII’s annual CSR Tracker survey, companies speeded only 92 % of their budgeted CSR expenditure in financial year 2015-16.

Above all there is need of participation of each and every stake holders in our country to accomplish SDGs by 2030.As UN indicated “For the goals to be reached, everyone needs to do their part: government, the private sector, civil society and people like you”.
